About Global Health Ltd Global Health Limited, founded in 2004 and converted to a public company in 2021, is a leading private multi-speciality tertiary care provider in North and East India. Known for its 'Medanta' brand, the company operates five hospitals in Gurugram, Indore, Ranchi, Lucknow, and Patna, with a sixth under construction in Noida. As of June 30, 2022, these hospitals span 4.7 million sq. ft., offering 2,467 beds and over 30 medical specialties, including cardiology, oncology, and neurosciences, supported by 1,300 doctors.
Global Health Limited expanded its facilities significantly in FY23, adding beds and advanced medical technology, such as the Siemens Varian EDGE Radiation Oncology machine in Lucknow and launching Medanta Labs. The company also announced a new 300-bed hospital project in Indore. In November 2022, it raised Rs. 2205.57 crores through an IPO, reflecting its growth and investment potential. The incorporation of GHL Pharma in June 2022 as a wholly-owned subsidiary further diversifies its healthcare offerings.
