Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited traces its origins to a partnership firm, Glass Wall Systems, formed on July 19, 2002 and registered on March 5, 2003. The business was later incorporated as Glass Wall Systems (India) Private Limited in Mumbai on August 27, 2010, and subsequently converted into a public limited company, with its name changed to Glass Wall Systems (India) Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 28, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies.
The company began manufacturing operations in FY22 at its facility located at Vile Bhagad Industries in the Raigad district of Maharashtra. It operates as a façade engineering company in India, providing solutions in architectural façades and glass curtain wall systems.
Operations are organized into three verticals. Domestic Façade Solutions involves undertaking engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and manufacturing services for façade solutions. International Façade Products Supply focuses on design, engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and supply of sustainable façade products tailored to the requirements of general contractors and façade contracting companies. Fenestration Solutions have commenced for developers of luxury residential properties and high-net-worth individuals in the luxury sector.
The company is planning an initial public offer to raise Rs 60 crore through a fresh issue of equity shares (face value Rs 2 each) and an offer for sale of 40,234,552 equity shares.
