The company has engaged in strategic alliances, including a significant MoU with the Andhra Pradesh Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organisation to explore joint ventures in the Gulf. Despite facing working capital challenges in 1999-2000, Genesis IBRC India Ltd has continually sought to enhance its performance. In 2017, it acquired Genesis I.B.R.C.
