The company has formed strategic alliances, such as a joint venture with IJM Corporation Berhad, Malaysia, and has engaged in significant BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) projects. Its infrastructure achievements include the construction of Asia's largest canal and a significant role in the Purvanchal Expressway. In 2016, Gayatri launched the Sembcorp Gayatri Power Complex, marking a major foreign investment in India's thermal energy sector.
