In July 1996, Ganga Pharmaceuticals launched a public issue to partially fund the establishment of a new manufacturing unit in Murbad, Maharashtra, aimed at increasing its production capacity for Ayurvedic medicines. Since January 1996, the company has been active in exporting its products, securing marketing agreements in international markets including Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Italy, Romania, and Russia.
