About Game Changers Texfab Ltd Game Changers Texfab Limited, initially incorporated as a private limited company in April 2015, transitioned to a public limited company in December 2024. The company was founded by Mrs. Kavita Aggarwal and Mrs. Ankita Aggarwal and later acquired by promoters Mr. Sanjeev Goel and Mr. Ankur Aggarwal. It specializes in sourcing and manufacturing high-quality fabrics tailored to customer specifications. Its operations focus on women's wear fabrics and technical textiles such as outdoor and PVC-coated fabrics, used in products like upholstery, sports goods, and tents.
In 2019-20, Game Changers Texfab established its first manufacturing unit and three sourcing units, emphasizing quality and sustainability in procuring raw textile materials. By 2023, it had further expanded to six manufacturing units, with operations including two retail stores located in Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar and DLF Phase-1), which double as sampling and customization centers. The stores offer ready-made, semi-stitched, and made-to-measure garments with fabric value additions and customization options. The company also launched the brand "Fall in Love" in 2024 to enhance its market presence.
Game Changers Texfab operates an online platform with over 10,000 designs and a network of 500+ suppliers, supporting export houses and boutiques in creating unique fabric samples. This digital presence complements the company's retail footprint, further diversifying its customer outreach.
The company is set to raise capital through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 53,76,000 equity shares at Rs. 10 each, to support its business expansion plans. Its focus on fabric diversity, customization, sustainability, and a robust supply chain positions it as a key player in the textile industry.
