About Galaxy Supermarket Ltd Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Ltd, formerly Galaxy Entertainment Corporation Ltd, was established in 1981 and is involved in the manufacturing of food products such as bakery items, desserts, confectionery, meals, and ready-to-eat food. The company is recognized as India's leading leisure and entertainment entity, operating South Asia's largest premium family entertainment center in Mumbai, which includes bowling, gaming facilities, bars, and banquet halls.
The company has undergone several strategic expansions and restructurings, including the acquisition of Cosmo Bowling Alley and Ceezee Foods Private Limited. In 2006, it divested its restaurant division, Rain Bar + Eatery, to its subsidiary, Galaxy Lifestyle Restaurants Limited, and entered a joint venture with Ridge Foods to establish Rain Fruits & More Pvt Ltd. The merger of Galaxy Lifestyle Restaurants Limited and Pan India Restaurants Limited in 2007-08 further expanded its footprint, alongside the launch of additional family entertainment centers and sports bars in 2008.
