Gagan Gases Ltd, established in 1986 and based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, is a prominent private sector distributor of LPG. The company operates a state-of-the-art LPG bottling plant in Pithampur, specializing in the distribution of commercial and industrial LPG in various cylinder sizes. Besides bottling services, Gagan Gases collaborates with major companies like Reliance and Aegis Gas, providing bottling assistance.
Since 2006, Gagan Gases has also been an authorized distributor for ESSO and Mobil branded automotive and industrial lubricants in Madhya Pradesh. Despite its comprehensive LPG services, including domestic and industrial supply, cylinder testing, and bulk transportation, the company faces challenges in its LPG business due to increased CNG availability. In 2019-20, it initiated the sale of LPG in its proprietary cylinders to adapt to market conditions.
