The company is an integrated fashion entity, housing renowned brands and retail destinations like Central and Brand Factory, operating 180 retail outlets across India. With a robust distribution network spanning over 5.74 million sq. ft. in more than 90 cities, Future Lifestyle Fashions markets its products through department stores, exclusive brand outlets, and multi-brand outlets.
The company has pursued strategic expansions and partnerships, including a notable alliance with Amazon.in for online retailing of its brands. It has made significant investments in various fashion and accessory companies, while also divesting stakes in non-core businesses for optimal valuation. As of 2020-21, Future Lifestyle Fashions merged with Future Enterprises Limited, with parts of its operations being transferred to Reliance Retail Ventures Limited, marking a significant restructuring within the group.
