About Fusion Klassroom Edutech Limited

Fusion Klassrom Edutech Limited (formerly Fusion Klassroom Edutech Private Limited) was incorporated on November 3, 2016 and operates in the education and technology sector. It delivers academic and skill-based learning through a hybrid model combining an AI-enabled OTT learning platform with offline centres and partner institutions. The company converted to a public limited company effective November 17, 2025. The business began in 2016 by supporting coaching centres (Grades 6–12 and JEE/NEET) with technology enablement, marketing assistance, and student demand generation. From 2017 to 2020 it expanded to 20+ partner learning centres, launched proprietary initiatives such as the “How to Study” workshop and the Klassroom Konnect platform, and maintained 500+ annual enrolments while refining its hybrid delivery framework. In 2020–21 it launched “Klassroom Online Academy” offering live tutoring, recorded content, tests/assessments, digital notes, exams, and doubt-solving, reaching 10,000+ registered users and 1,500+ enrolments. Scale accelerated in 2021–22 to 30,000+ registered users and 3,000+ enrolments. In 2022–23 it expanded through government work including 10+ PM Shri School projects, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) initiatives, and an MoU with the Government of Rajasthan, followed by broader institutional distribution and a 1,000+ girl-child digital education project in Uttar Pradesh (2023–24). In 2024–25 it launched an AI-powered Education OTT app with 50+ courses and ~2,500 hours of recorded content, exceeding 3 lakh registered users and 50,000 subscribers, supported by 25+ offline centres and recorded-course revenues. By 2025–26 it partnered with NSDC, TSSC, and MSSDS for AI/ML training rollouts, set up AI/ML labs in Maharashtra, integrated with Maharashtra skilling apps, engaged with Tripura SCERT, expanded to 30 offline centres, and crossed 4 lakh cumulative users. The company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI for an IPO comprising a fresh issue of 19,89,400 shares and an offer for sale of 4,65,800 shares (Rs 10 face value).
