Founded by Falguni Nayar and backed by TPG Group, the company offers a comprehensive range of beauty, personal care, and wellness products through e-commerce platforms and physical stores. FSN raised Rs 5352 crore through its IPO, with shares listed on BSE and NSE at a premium of Rs 1124 each.
The company has expanded its footprint through strategic acquisitions, including stakes in Dot & Key Wellness, Earth Rhythm, and Nudge Wellness. FSN has seven subsidiaries, including FSN Distribution, and recently acquired full ownership of Iluminar Media. It also formed a strategic alliance with the Apparel Group, owning a 55% stake in FSN International. In 2023, FSN launched new brands like Gentlemen's Crew, Nyveda, MIXT, Gloot, and Nyri, diversifying its product offerings in the wellness and lifestyle segments.
