About Flair Writing Industries Ltd Flair Writing Industries Limited is a prominent Indian manufacturer and distributor of writing instruments and stationery, originally established as a partnership firm in 1986 and later restructured into a public limited company in 2018. The company produces a wide array of writing tools, including ball, fountain, gel, roller, plastic, and metal pens, under flagship brands like 'Flair', 'Hauser', and 'Pierre Cardin'. It holds exclusive rights to the 'Pierre Cardin' trademark in India for class 16 products and is the exclusive distributor of 'Reynolds' pens since 2017. With six manufacturing plants across India, Flair also produces mechanical pencils, highlighters, correction pens, markers, gel crayons, and calculators.
Significant expansions include the establishment of manufacturing facilities in Daman, Dehradun, and Valsad from 1998 to 2023, and the acquisition of subsidiaries like Flair Cyrosil Industries Private Limited. In 2023, Flair raised Rs 593 Crore through an Initial Public Offering, marking a significant milestone in its growth trajectory.
