About Faze Three Ltd Faze Three Exports Ltd (FTEL), now Faze Three Limited, is a leading manufacturer and exporter of high-end home textiles, including bathmats, rugs, and bedspreads, serving top global retailers. Originally incorporated in 1985 and transitioning to a public limited company in 1994, the company derives 90% of its revenue from exports to the USA, UK, and Europe. With eight manufacturing facilities across India, FTEL emphasizes innovation and design, making it a preferred vendor among its clients.
The company has a diversified product portfolio, including cotton and rubber-backed bathmats, hand tufted carpets, and various home furnishings. Faze Three has consistently expanded its operations, including a joint venture with Germany's Achter & Ebels and the acquisition of Pana Textil GmbH in 2007. It has also invested in automation and facility upgrades to enhance efficiency. In 2022, FTEL established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Mats and More Private Limited, and expanded its Panipat facility to triple its handloom home textiles capacity by 2023.
