Operationally, manufacturing is primarily concentrated in Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. The company develops samples based on buyer-provided themes and mood boards as well as its own designs, and proceeds to production after sample approval. Most post-fabric processes—cutting, printing, stitching, and finishing—are handled in-house, while yarn is procured and sent to external job workers for knitting and dyeing before the processed fabric is received back for internal manufacturing. Design development, sampling, and production schedules are managed by an in-house merchandising team aligned to specific buyers.
