Its offerings include AI-powered IT Operations Management (AIOps), Generative-AI-enabled IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Infrastructure Management (ITIM), Network Change and Configuration Management (NCCM), and IT Asset Management (ITAM). Through its business platform, Infraon Infinity, the company helps organizations monitor network devices, servers, and applications remotely, with the stated objectives of reducing downtime, improving service delivery, and streamlining IT operations.
