Eventions Limited, incorporated on December 15, 2020, was originally established as Eventions Private Limited. It was converted into a public limited company and renamed Eventions Limited on February 26, 2026, following the issuance of a fresh certificate of incorporation by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
The company primarily operates in the business-to-business segment, providing event management and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) services to corporate and institutional clients. Its offerings include meetings, conferences, board meetings, training programs, incentive travel, product launches, corporate gatherings, award ceremonies, promotional events, virtual programs and brand and marketing activations.
Eventions provides integrated support across corporate programs, including event planning, travel coordination, accommodation arrangements and on-site execution. It has undertaken assignments for clients in sectors such as banking, insurance, fast-moving consumer goods, event management and other industries. The company initially provided customized travel solutions and Free Independent Traveller services, but these activities have subsequently been transitioned to its subsidiary, Gantu Online Private Limited, to support the expansion of its travel and experiential business.
The company has filed a Draft Prospectus with SEBI and is planning an initial public offering of 3,230,400 equity shares, each with a face value of ₹10.
