About Eurotex Industries and Exports Ltd Eurotex Industries & Exports Ltd, part of the Patodia Group and promoted by PBM Polytex, was established in February 1987. The company specializes in the manufacturing of cotton yarn, knitted fabrics, and real estate development. As a 100% Export Oriented Unit (EOU), Eurotex exports its products to reputable buyers in the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and Japan. It offers a range of cotton yarns, with counts from 30s to 100s, and has expanded into producing high-quality woven and knitted cotton fabrics.
The company launched its cotton yarn manufacturing operations in 1989 and expanded in 1992 by raising funds through a rights issue for further diversification. A significant milestone was the start of phase-I of its expansion project, featuring 14,112 imported spindles from Switzerland. Eurotex also managed its financial obligations by issuing and redeeming 13% debentures worth Rs. 5 Cr. to UTI Banks in 2001 to support its working capital needs.
