About Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd Enviro Infra Engineers Limited specializes in designing, constructing, operating, and maintaining Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTPs) and Water Supply Scheme Projects (WSSPs), primarily for government authorities. Established in 2009 and converted into a public company in 2022, it focuses on executing projects like Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs), Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs), Water Treatment Plants (WTPs), and pipeline systems. Its Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD)-compliant technology ensures treated water is reusable, catering to sustainable water management needs in multiple states across India.
The company's projects are funded through central government programs such as AMRUT, NMCG, and Jal Jeevan Mission, alongside state government and urban local body contributions. It bids for tenders primarily under EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model) formats. With nearly 22 projects completed, including high-capacity plants of over 10 million liters per day (MLD), Enviro Infra has a notable presence in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, and Chhattisgarh.
The company has delivered significant projects, such as an 18 MLD CETP in Rajasthan (2010), a 21 MLD CETP in Haryana (2016), and a 29 MLD STP in Punjab (2017). Recent expansions include commissioning a 1000 KLD STP in Jind, Haryana (2024), installing solar power plants at multiple facilities, and incorporating key subsidiaries like EIEL Mathura Infra Engineers Private Limited (2023) and EIEL Saharanpur (2024), the latter managing its largest project to date.
In November 2024, Enviro Infra Engineers entered the capital market with an IPO, raising Rs 650 Crore through fresh issues and offers for sale. With its commitment to sustainable infrastructure and its focus on government-backed initiatives, the company remains a key player in India’s wastewater management sector.
