EMS Limited, established in 2010 and originally known as EMS Infracon Private Limited, is a Delhi-based public company with expertise in providing comprehensive infrastructure solutions in sewerage, water supply systems, treatment plants, electrical transmission, and roadworks. Having transitioned from a private to a public entity in 2022, the company focuses on executing wastewater and water supply scheme projects, adhering to environmental compliance for treated water reuse. EMS Limited collaborates in joint ventures and independently manages projects, including the operation of a BOOT Common Effluent Treatment Plant in Haridwar since 2013. They have successfully completed nearly 50 projects across five Indian states and maintain a strong portfolio of quality services for government bodies and municipalities.
To fuel further growth, EMS Limited plans a public issue to raise up to Rs 180 crore, including fresh issuance and an offer for sale of equity shares. This strategic move aims to enhance capital and expand their project capabilities.
