The company operates two manufacturing units in Bhilwara, Rajasthan, specializing in the production of diverse wheat flour products such as Chakki Atta, Refined Atta, Tandoori Atta, Sooji, and Maida, as well as edible yellow mustard oil. The company markets its products under its flagship brands, *"Shiv Nandi"* and *"ELFIN’S Shri Shyam BHOG"*, catering to wholesalers and retailers across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and other states. Additionally, EAIL engages in trading agro-products like Chana, Wheat, Soybean Refined Oil, and Rice Bran Refined Oil, depending on market dynamics.
Since expanding operations in recent years, the company has made significant advancements, including the establishment of a Dal Mill in FY 2021 and a Mustard Oil Processing Unit in FY 2022. The installed capacity of its Flour Processing Unit recently increased from 36,500 MTPA to 47,450 MTPA in 2023. These expansions underscore its focus on scaling production to meet market demand.
Elfin Agro India Limited is currently planning an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to raise ₹25.02 crore by issuing 53.25 lakh equity shares at a face value of ₹5 each. This capital infusion further signals its ambition to consolidate its presence in the food processing sector and broaden its market reach. The company’s strategic diversification and product portfolio make it a focused player in the agro-processing industry.
