Elevate Campuses Limited (formerly Woodstock Ambience Private Limited, incorporated April 8, 2005 in Bengaluru) has undergone multiple name changes, becoming Good Host Spaces Private Limited in 2018, converting to a public company as Good Host Spaces Limited on August 20, 2025, and finally being renamed Elevate Campuses Limited on September 8, 2025.
The company owns, operates, and manages on-campus student accommodation across higher education institutions (HEIs) and also owns K-12 assets in India. Its stated mission is to build inclusive educational communities by providing modern student accommodation and K-12 assets that support student wellbeing and development.
As of August 31, 2025, its total portfolio comprises 66,272 beds across owned and managed assets. The Owned Portfolio includes five student accommodation campuses totaling 16,934 beds, plus 16 K-12 assets across eight Indian cities and two K-12 assets in Dubai (UAE). The Managed Portfolio includes 14 student accommodation campuses with 49,338 beds under management. For managed campuses, it also provides community and campus technology services, including media coverage for HEIs and organizing community events.
Operationally, the company has expanded its owned bed base from 9,153 beds in FY2018 to 16,934 beds by August 31, 2025, and since 2024 has pursued an asset-light model via management contracts with HEIs. Its K-12 assets business expanded following acquisition by K-12 HoldCos in 2024, increasing from 12 assets in FY2023 to 18 assets by August 31, 2025. On April 11, 2025, it acquired ScholarZ (a hostel management business) through its subsidiary, Elevate Hostel Management Services Private Limited. The company is planning an IPO via a fresh issue of Rs 2,550 crores (face value Re 1 per share).
