About Eleganz Interiors Ltd Eleganz Interiors Limited, originally established as a private limited company in Mumbai on April 18, 1996, transitioned into a public limited company on November 17, 2023. The company specializes in interior fit-out solutions for corporate and commercial spaces, focusing on enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of workplaces. Its offerings cater to a range of facilities, including corporate offices, research & development centers, laboratories, airport lounges, flexible workspaces, and retail spaces. The company operates through two service models: Design & Build (D&B), which delivers comprehensive project management from concept design to post-project support, and General Contracting (GC), which focuses on civil and interior works, HVAC installations, plumbing, and electrical tasks.
Eleganz Interiors has steadily expanded its footprint since its inception. It entered the South Indian market in 2000 with a GC project in Bengaluru, followed by the establishment of regional woodwork units to support its operations in Mumbai (2001) and the southern region (2002). By 2012, the company completed 200 projects and strengthened its capabilities with a southern woodwork factory. In 2018, it launched Design & Build services with a major project for an IT/ITeS company in Mumbai. Expanding internationally, Eleganz initiated operations in Singapore in 2022 to capture growth opportunities in overseas markets.
With plans to raise capital through an Initial Offer of up to 6,005,000 fresh equity shares, Eleganz Interiors aims to further enhance its operational reach and capabilities. Its established track record, diversified service offerings, and international presence position it as a competitive player in the interior fit-out industry, appealing to potential traders seeking growth-oriented ventures.
