The company has a history of strategic growth, including the amalgamation with P S Plywood Products Pvt. Ltd. in 2018, which led to its current name. Duroply also operated in the tea industry, setting up a factory in Jeypore, Assam, but divested from this sector in 2021 through a slump sale to Teloijan Techno Agro Limited.
