To facilitate this, the company issued 7,531,201 equity shares priced at ₹10 each to DRS Dilip Roadlines' shareholders in a 1:2 share exchange ratio. This development strategically enhanced DRS Cargo Movers' operational capabilities by integrating warehouse services as a core asset.
