Initially incorporated as a private entity, it transitioned to a public company in April 2022. The company runs a sugar manufacturing plant in Erai Village, Madhya Pradesh, with a daily crushing capacity of 2500 tonnes and plans to establish a distillery with a 200 KLPD capacity. It also engages in the production of byproducts like molasses, pressmud, and bagasse, which are utilized for power generation.
Dollex Agrotech generates 3 MW of captive power to support its operations and markets its sugar directly to clients in 50 kg packages, bypassing distributors. In December 2022, the company raised Rs. 24.39 crores through a public issue to bolster its operations. With a focus on sustainable practices, the company leverages its cogeneration capabilities to minimize operational costs while expanding its market reach.
