About Dodla Dairy Ltd Dodla Dairy Limited, incorporated in 1995, specializes in processing and producing milk and various dairy products including fresh milk, curd, and ghee. The company has expanded its operations internationally, establishing Lakeside Dairy Ltd in Uganda in 2015 and Dodla Dairy Kenya Limited in 2017. Domestically, Dodla Dairy has grown its presence by acquiring processing plants in Tamil Nadu and expanding capacity with automated facilities in Hyderabad and East Godavari.
The company completed a notable Initial Public Offering (IPO) in FY 2022, raising Rs 520.17 Crores. Dodla Dairy has continued to expand through acquisitions, including KC Dairy in Tamil Nadu and Shri Krishna Milks Private Limited in Karnataka. As of March 2019, Dodla Dairy operated 14 plants with a capacity of 1,948,500 LPD. In 2023, it further solidified its international presence by acquiring Countryside Delight Dairy Limited in Kenya.
