Operating globally, it provides engineered solutions to automotive OEMs in regions including India, the USA, China, Korea, and Russia. Its product range spans torque transfer systems for 4WD and AWD vehicles, synchronizer systems for manual and DCT transmissions, and components for EVs, manual, and DCT systems.
The company operates three manufacturing facilities in India, with an additional plant under construction to boost its DCT and EV transmission production. Strategically located near Pune, these facilities support its export operations. Divgi TorqTransfer has also invested in software R&D, partnering with BorgWarner and Hofer, leading to the commercialization of multiple projects.
