About Diksha Greens Ltd Diksha Greens Limited, originally Diksha Timber Private Limited, was established in 2004 and transformed into a public company in 2018. The company, led by Promoter Director Mr. Rajesh Kumar Pirogiwal, boasts nearly three decades of expertise in the timber and plywood industry. Initially focused on trading timber and wooden logs, Diksha Greens expanded its import operations across Asia, Africa, and the Americas. In 2015, the company merged with Diksha Exim Private Limited and Wizard Vincom Private Limited, expanding its equity base.
In 2018, Diksha Greens diversified into the agricultural sector by acquiring a multi-commodity cold storage facility in West Bengal, India, with a capacity of 5,000 MT. However, the company's operations were halted due to a fire accident in December 2018. Currently, Diksha Greens is involved in trading and distributing various commodities, primarily serving retailers in Kolkata and nearby regions. In late 2018, the company raised Rs 13.32 Crores through a public issue of equity shares.
