Dhaval Packaging Limited (incorporated November 2, 2015 in Sanand, Gujarat; converted to a public limited company on October 8, 2025) designs, manufactures, and supplies plastic packaging solutions to both domestic and international markets. The company focuses on two core product categories: In-Mold Labelling (IML) plastic containers, largely for food packaging applications, and SAW (Submerged Arc Welded) pipe protection plastic caps (End Caps).
The business started with IML packaging and expanded into the End Caps segment in 2016, reflecting broader packaging demand and sustainability trends. It set up its first factory in Sanand with an automated robotic production line for IML containers, introduced SAW pipe protection caps in 2017, and added a second unit in Sanand in 2022. By FY 2023, it expanded exports to Canada, Dubai, and Qatar.
Operations are supported by three manufacturing plants in Sanand, Gujarat. The company’s manufacturing infrastructure spans over 60,000 sq. ft., with 21 machines/lines for IML and one vacuum forming machine for End Caps, and an overall capacity of more than 8,000 kg per day. It positions itself as a dual-segment manufacturer, scaling food-grade IML output while developing End Caps capabilities, particularly in larger sizes where quick turnaround and design customization matter.
The company is planning an IPO to issue and allot 3,748,800 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each.
