Devson Catalyst Limited (formerly Devson Insulators Private Limited) was incorporated on September 10, 2004 as a private limited company in Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The company changed its name to Devson Catalyst Private Limited on July 12, 2017, reflecting a shift in business focus, and was subsequently converted and renamed Devson Catalyst Limited effective November 6, 2025, with Registrar of Companies approval.
The company initially manufactured and supplied electrical products, including insulators and related components. It later changed its main objects and transitioned into the manufacturing, processing, and supply of catalysts, adsorbents, and ceramic balls used in industrial processes.
Its products are used by customers in industries such as oil and gas refining, petrochemicals, steel, and fertilizers. These catalysts and adsorbents are applied to improve process efficiency and support the removal of impurities from gases and liquids across various industrial applications. The company currently has an installed manufacturing capacity of approximately 6,205 metric tonnes (MT) per annum.
