The company operates two spinning units in Guna, Madhya Pradesh, and Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. Over the years, Deepak Spinners has significantly expanded its capacity and modernized its facilities, notably installing 14,112 spindles at the Guna plant and enhancing the dye house at the Baddi unit. The company has also invested in energy efficiency, commissioning a 3 MW biomass-fueled power plant at the Guna unit in 2004 and modernizing its boiler and cooling tower in 2018. In the fiscal year 2021-22, Deepak Spinners enhanced its Baddi plant with a 66 KV electricity connection, reflecting its ongoing commitment to operational efficiency and cost reduction. The company has consistently reinvested in technology and infrastructure to maintain its competitive edge in the textile industry.
