Deepa Jewellers Limited was incorporated on May 5, 2016 as a private limited company and converted into a public company on September 15, 2025, pursuant to a fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Processing Centre.
The company operates in 22 karat gold jewellery processing, job-work, and trading. It designs, processes, and sells hallmarked plain gold jewellery and precious stone-studded jewellery. Its product portfolio includes items such as vaddanam (waist belt), CNC machine-cut bangles, gents kada, vanky (armlet), dandpatti (bajuband), gundlamala haaram/necklace, kangan, earrings, mangtika, maatil, champasaralu, jada (braid ornament), and rings.
In addition to selling its own products, Deepa Jewellers provides job-work services, converting customer-supplied materials into finished ornaments. It also trades in silver ornaments, 18 and 20 karat gold jewellery, and gold bullion. The company diversified its offerings in 2020 by supplying CNC machine-cut bangles and men’s kadas, and expanded geographically by establishing a branch in Vijayawada in FY25.
The company plans to raise funds via an IPO comprising a fresh issue aggregating to Rs 250 crore and an offer for sale of 11,848,340 equity shares (face value Rs 2 per share).
