About Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Ltd Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Limited, initially incorporated as Country Club (India) Private Limited in 1991, is India's largest chain of family clubs, offering over 70 destinations nationwide. Known as the Powerhouse of Entertainment, the company was founded by Y. Rajeev Reddy and Y. Manjula Reddy. It has developed a three-star hotel project featuring 113 rooms and various amenities like a health club and swimming pool, constructed in a European Medieval style. The company has expanded its portfolio through numerous acquisitions, including Chanakyapuri Resorts, JJ Arts and Entertainments, and properties in Dubai.
Significant expansions include the establishment of Country Vacations International LLC in Oman in 2010 and acquiring Club Arzee in Surat in 2011. In 2008, the company raised capital through a Qualified Institutional Placement, listing its shares on the Bombay Stock Exchange. The merger with Amrutha Estates & Hospitality in 2013 further bolstered its offerings, enhancing its position in the hospitality and entertainment sector.
