About Control Print Ltd Control Print India Ltd (CPIL), founded in 1991 by Basant Kabra and Anirudh Joshi, is a leading Indian company in the coding and marking solutions industry. It uniquely stands as the only Indian integrated manufacturer producing a broad range of coding equipment and consumables, including Continuous Ink Jet Printers and Thermal Transfer Over Printers. CPIL distinguishes itself with its technical collaboration with Avery Dennis, US, and a joint venture with Markem Corporation, USA, reinforcing its global technological competitiveness. The company operates nine branch offices in India and one in Sri Lanka, supported by over 300 sales and service workers. Its manufacturing facilities are located in Andheri, Bombay, and Nalagarh, producing various printing solutions for diverse industries like food, pharmaceuticals, and cables. Expanding its global footprint, CPIL established a subsidiary, Control Print BV, in the Netherlands in 2023. Additionally, it formed Control Print Packaging Private Limited in India, marking its strategic growth and diversification in the coding and marking sector.
