About Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Limited, established on September 29, 2010, is a Mumbai-based company specializing in the development, generation, and sale of renewable power projects for commercial and industrial clients. Over the years, it has expanded its operations across India and internationally, pioneering projects in the renewable energy sector, including solar and wind power. The company transitioned to a public entity under its current name on August 7, 2025.
The business began with its first onsite solar plant in 2013 and scaled up to grid-connected solutions by launching special purpose vehicles (SPVs) like KAS Onsite Power Solutions LLP in 2015. Clean Max made its initial international foray in 2016 with Cleanmax Solar MENA FZCO in Dubai, followed by pioneering solar and wind projects in Thailand and Bahrain between 2018 and 2024 through subsidiaries Clean Max Energy (Thailand) Co. Ltd. and Kanoo Clean Max Renewables Asset Co. W.L.L. The company entered the wind power sector in 2019-2020 and further developed capabilities in hybrid wind-solar energy solutions.
Clean Max has also implemented significant renewable energy capacities across India, including a 100 MW wind-solar hybrid project in Karnataka in 2021 and a 350 MW+ State Transmission Utility (STU) wind-solar hybrid capacity in Gujarat by 2024. Moreover, it received approvals for 600 MW connectivity at Koppal, Karnataka, and expanded its STU business to Chhattisgarh and Haryana, reaching over 2 GW of cumulative capacity by FY 2025. The company also added a carbon business line for green credit trading in 2023 to diversify its portfolio.
As it prepares for an IPO, Clean Max aims to raise ₹5,200 crore, comprising ₹1,500 crore through fresh issue equity and the rest through offers for sale, to support its continued growth in the renewable energy space.
