About Clay Craft India Ltd

Clay Craft India Limited, originally incorporated as a private limited company in 1988, transitioned to a public limited company in July 2025. Headquartered in Rajasthan, the company specializes in the design, development, manufacturing, and distribution of ceramic tableware products across India. Its product portfolio includes dinner sets, mugs, tea and coffee serving sets, tumblers, bowls, platters, tabletop accessories, and even customized ceramic solutions catering to the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) segment. Operating primarily on a business-to-business (B2B) model, Clay Craft distributes its products through a robust network of distributors, large retail chains, and other retail channels. The company also markets its offerings under two in-house brands—Clay Craft and JCPL—and uses "Griha," a retail store operated by its promoter group, to strengthen its market reach. Additionally, it serves corporate and institutional clients by offering tailored ceramic solutions based on specific requirements. Clay Craft India Limited expanded its manufacturing capacity with the commencement of operations at its second unit in Manda in 2022. Furthermore, it consolidated its operations in FY 2025 by merging with Eklingji Industries Private Limited through a Scheme of Arrangement, issuing 1,65,010 fully paid-up equity shares as part of the merger. To facilitate growth and enhance operations, the company is planning an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 54,24,000 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs 10. This expansion strategy positions Clay Craft India Limited as a significant player in the Indian ceramic tableware market, catering to both retail and institutional needs.
