In 2014, the company expanded through the amalgamation of Turbo Gears India Private Limited, adding significant capabilities to its operations. This merger bolstered its parent company Carraro Group’s presence in India by integrating the equity stakes of Carraro Drive Tech S.p.A. and Siap S.p.A. The company continued its growth trajectory by launching innovative products such as the steering axle for 4WD vehicles (2016), steering portal axle (2022), and the T135 transmission system (2023). It also acquired a 99% stake in Carraro Technologies India Private Limited in 2024, further enhancing its capabilities in the precision engineering and automotive sector.
