About Career Point Edutech Ltd Career Point Edutech Limited (formerly part of CP Capital Limited) is a leading education services provider in India, with roots dating back to 1993 when it began as a tutorial center in Kota. Over three decades, the company has diversified into test preparation, school education, and higher education, establishing itself as a trusted player in the education sector. Following a Scheme of Arrangement approved by the NCLT, Career Point's education business was demerged from CP Capital Limited and transferred to Career Point Edutech Limited effective April 1, 2023, solidifying its focus on comprehensive education services.
At present, the company offers a wide array of services, including education consultancy, management services, tutorial offerings, residential hostel services, and investment/financial operations. It leverages its expertise to provide integrated solutions that cater to the entire student lifecycle, from formal education to career preparation. During FY 2024–25, Career Point managed over 8,000 students across its company-run schools and universities, out of a total capacity of 17,000 students, with scalability potential to accommodate up to 36,000 students.
The company actively expanded its modular education solutions in 2025 through platforms like BetterStudy.in and ApplyPoint.in, enhancing its digital presence. Its test preparation segment operated 42 franchise centers across India, serving 5,845 students that year. Career Point also launched CP Techno Academy in FY 2024–25, forging partnerships with 75 schools scheduled to begin operations in 2025–26, tapping into new growth opportunities in the K–12 education segment.
