The company has a significant technology and innovation history, with its Loyalty+ and Engage+ platforms being launched in 2012. In 2013, it expanded its geographical footprint through the acquisition of Capillary Dubai. Further growth came in 2017 with the rebranding of acquired assets, Martjack and Sellerworx, into Anywhere Commerce+ to strengthen its platform business. A strategic acquisition of Persuade Group in 2021 marked its expansion into the U.S. market. Initially focused on the Indian business, Capillary operated internationally through its promoter, CTIPL, and its network of subsidiaries. The company restructured as a Public Limited Company in November 2021, centralizing its operations. Capillary's advanced technology aids brand strategies by optimizing marketing and operational processes. Capillary Technologies is planning to launch an initial public offering (IPO) aggregating Rs 850 crore. This includes a Rs 200 crore fresh issue of equity shares and an offer for sale of up to Rs 650 crore, reflecting the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its market position and drive further growth.
