About Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Ltd Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited, established in 1993, is the second-oldest asset management company (AMC) in India. Originally incorporated as Canbank Investment Management Services Limited, it operated as a subsidiary of Canara Bank, managing the assets of Canbank Mutual Fund. In 2007, the company became a joint venture between Canara Bank (51% ownership) and ORIX Corporation Europe N.V.'s investment arm Robeco (49% ownership) and was renamed Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited.
