About Bright Brothers Ltd Bright Brothers Ltd (BBL), incorporated in 1946 and publicly listed in 1994, specializes in manufacturing injection moulded plastic products for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and markets its own products under the 'Brite' brand. Initially focused on a project in Gurgoan, Haryana, and office seating systems in Maharashtra, the company has expanded into diverse sectors including consumer electronics, automotive components, and office furniture.
BBL has undergone significant structural changes, including the amalgamation with Brite Automotive and Plastics in 1999 and expansion with new manufacturing units across India. In 2007, BBL sold several manufacturing units to focus on new ventures like the 'Divo' hair-care brand and water purifier manufacturing. Recently, in 2023, BBL established additional units in Haridwar, Hosur, and Pune, and launched Bright Brothers LLC in Delaware, USA, emphasizing its continued growth and diversification in the plastics industry.
