Originally established as a partnership firm, it transitioned into a private limited company in 2005 and further evolved into a public limited entity in 2018. The company is headquartered in Madhya Pradesh and operates across multiple Indian states, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh.
The company is actively engaged in executing infrastructure projects such as roads, highways, bridges, commercial and industrial complexes, and residential housing projects. It offers Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services primarily to government departments, with expertise in Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) projects. Alongside its core infrastructure development business, BRGIL has diversified operations in wind power generation, Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) manufacturing, and toll collection contracts (TCC). The company’s RMC unit in Indore has an annual capacity of 1.80 lakh cubic meters, and it operates a 1.25 MW wind power turbine in Rajasthan under a 20-year power purchase agreement.

The company plans to further expand its business by issuing an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of up to 64,32,000 equity shares.
