Over the years, Bodal Chemicals has expanded its product line and manufacturing capacity, introducing key products like vinyl sulphone and reactive dyes in the early 1990s and expanding into drug intermediates.
The company has undergone several strategic mergers and expansions, including the amalgamation with Bodal Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. in 2006, and acquiring Milestone Organic Ltd. in 2007. Notable expansions include a 12,000 MTPA dyestuff plant and a 36,000 MTPA Thionyl Chloride plant. Bodal Chemicals holds a controlling stake in Trion Chemicals Pvt.
