About BN Agrochem Ltd BN Holdings Ltd, established in 1991 and formerly known as Arihant Tournesol Ltd, operates in the manufacturing and trading of oils, oil seeds, solvent extraction, extracted oil cakes, and refined oil. The company launched its capital market venture in 1993, began operations at its solvent extraction plant in 1995, and installed an oil refinery by 1996. It has notable clients such as Brook Bond, ITC Agro, Ballarpur Industries, and AMUL. Strategically aiming to penetrate the retail and wholesale markets with branded products, BN Holdings has engaged a leading marketing consultant to enhance its market presence.
In a strategic move, BN Holdings commenced production under a dry lease arrangement with Betui Oils & Flours Pvt Ltd during 2005-06. The company is investing Rs 270 lac in an expander and a continuous oil refinery, targeting an annual production capacity of 14,500 tons of refined edible oil. This development reflects its commitment to value addition in its operations.
