About Karnawati Innovation Limited Bisil Plast Ltd, initially incorporated as Bisleri Gujarat Private Limited in 1986, transitioned to a public limited company in 1992. Originally set up to manufacture PVC bottles, the company faced challenges such as a lack of skilled personnel and market demand, leading to initial financial struggles. However, as Chhatral, Gujarat began developing, Bisil Plast capitalized on improved infrastructure and increased market demand, leading to an expansion of its production capacity. In 1996, the company launched a public issue to support its expansion efforts.
Bisil Plast has established marketing arrangements to supply bottles, such as a contract with Kothari Beverages for Yes brand mineral water. The company has also embarked on forward integration projects, including producing Aqua Water using advanced technology. Additionally, it has diversified into producing PET bottles used for bottling liquor and gaseous products, leveraging partnerships with Desalination Systems Inc and Aquafine Corporation in the USA.
