About Bhavik Enterprises Ltd Bhavik Enterprises Limited, founded in 2008, is a well-established player in the polymer trading industry with roots tracing back over four decades. The company's journey began in 1977 with the trading business of plastic raw materials under the proprietorship firm 'M/s. Emmen Plastics,' initiated by its promoter, Mr. Mukesh Natverlal Thakkar. Expanding its operations, the partnership firm 'M/s Bhavik Enterprises' was formed in 1984, and in 1992, Mr. Thakkar joined this firm. Later, in 2009, the company consolidated its operations by acquiring both entities as going concerns.
Currently, Bhavik Enterprises Limited focuses on trading polymers, mainly Polyethylene (PE) and Polypropylene (PP), two of the most widely consumed thermoplastic components globally. These materials cater to various industries, including packaging, infrastructure, and agriculture. PE is widely utilized in the production of PET bottles, pipes, films, and medical implants. Meanwhile, the company’s PP portfolio comprises Homo polymers, Impact Co-polymers, and Random Co-polymers, which are critical inputs for products like pressure pipes, films, bags, foam, and household items.
Bhavik Enterprises operates a domestic B2B trading model emphasizing a "Stock & Sale" approach, importing materials, storing them in warehouses, and distributing them to manufacturers across diverse sectors. Its customer base includes businesses producing drip pipes, greenhouse films, lamination films, crates, and more. By leveraging its operational model and long-standing industry expertise, the company effectively caters to small, medium, and large businesses.
To fuel future growth, the company plans to raise Rs. 770 Cr through an IPO. This includes a fresh issue of Rs. 630 Cr and an offer-for-sale worth Rs. 140 Cr. These funds are expected to strengthen Bhavik Enterprises' market presence and drive expansion in the booming polymer trading segment.
