About Bhageria Industries Ltd Bhageria Dye-Chem Limited, founded on July 12, 1989, is a prominent manufacturer and trader of dyes, dye intermediates, chemicals, and solar power. Initially, the company started with a Vinyl Sulphone Plant in Vapi, Gujarat, and expanded its capacity from 540 T.P.A. to 3600 T.P.A., broadening into other dye intermediates and dyestuffs. With nearly 70% of its production exported globally to clients in countries like Korea, Japan, and the U.S., Bhageria is a major player in the dye industry.
The company diversified into solar power, commissioning a 30MW project in Maharashtra in 2016-17, and subsequent projects in Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra with an additional 4.88 MW capacity in 2017. It expanded further by amalgamating Nipur Chemicals Limited in 2018 and commissioning a Sulphuric Acid Plant in 2020. In 2021, Bhageria acquired Bhageria & Jajodia Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, enhancing its portfolio.
