The company offers affordable apparel and general merchandise, including home furnishings, through its chain of 'Style Bazaar' stores. Since its first store opening in 2014, Baazar Style Retail has expanded significantly, reaching nearly 135 stores across nine Indian states by 2023.
The company achieved significant growth by acquiring Gouri Shankar Fashion House Private Limited in 2016-17 and further expanded its presence in Assam, Jharkhand, and Andhra Pradesh by 2019. In 2024, it established Konnect Style Retail Private Limited as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Baazar Style Retail is set to launch an Initial Public Offer (IPO) to raise Rs 185 Cr., alongside issuing 16,880,968 equity shares through an Offer for Sale, aiming to further solidify its market position and support its expansion strategy.
