Axiom Gas Engineering Limited is a Hyderabad-based company providing green energy engineering solutions with a focus on the petroleum engineering sector. It offers installation, distribution, marketing, and support services, specializing in Auto LPG solutions for both retail and industrial customers. Its core and fastest-growing business is the sale of Auto LPG through its own network of Auto LPG Dispensing Stations (ALDS) and related storage infrastructure across Telangana, Karnataka, and Maharashtra.
Incorporated on August 24, 2007 as Axiom Gas Engineering Private Limited, the company converted to a public limited company and was renamed Axiom Gas Engineering Limited on July 16, 2024. The business undertook engineering activities for Reliance Industries Limited in 2010, centered on Auto LPG statutory tank testing post-certification, and executed early ALDS installations including one for Leader Gas & Petrochem Limited and another for BPCL, Hyderabad via URJA Power Pvt Ltd.
Founded by promoter Mr. Alpeshkumar Naginbhai Patel and joined by Mr. Sadique Abdul Kadar Banani in 2012, the company began building its owned ALDS footprint with its first station in Telangana in 2014 and added another in Chandrayangutta, Hyderabad in 2015. As of June 30, 2024, it operated 18 ALDS across Telangana, Maharashtra, and Karnataka.
To support supply and scalability, Axiom acquired an LPG Storage and Bottling Plant in Shivoor Bangla, Aurangabad (Maharashtra) in 2022 with total capacity of 91.22 MT including blending facilities, and began supplying the Aurangabad ALDS from this plant in 2023. The company is planning an IPO of up to 1,03,00,000 equity shares, comprising a fresh issue of 93,00,000 shares and an offer for sale of 10,00,000 shares.
