AVSL Industries Limited, initially founded as M/s Udhav Fashion Apparels Private Limited in 2003, has evolved into a prominent manufacturer in the PVC industry, specializing in compounds, tapes, and fillers, primarily for power cables. The company underwent a significant transformation in 2008 under the leadership of Mr. Sanjay Bansal, transitioning from a private to a public entity by 2016. With manufacturing facilities in Delhi and Gujarat, AVSL boasts a monthly production capacity of 1800 MT, supplying essential materials for HT/LT power cables and telecom cables.
In addition to its core manufacturing operations, AVSL Industries also engages in trading agro-based commodities such as rice, wheat flour, and spices since 2015. The company expanded its manufacturing footprint with new units in Gujarat and Rajasthan in 2016-17 and ventured into new product lines, including PVC boards and door frames in 2022. Although it briefly operated a subsidiary in Dubai, AVSL's strategic focus remains on diversifying its product offerings and expanding its market presence.
